The Technology Solution Seller combines the art of the possible with a deep understanding of Modern Work trends and Microsoft's modern workplace technologies to bring our customer's vision to life. The Technology Solution Seller will have expert level experience across the Microsoft 365 product suite, client presales/presentation, team management and thought leadership skills. The ideal candidate is an individual who has presence and the ability to successfully exert their influence with our senior leaders internally, with our partners, and with our clients' executive leaders. This role is the face of solution and technical thought leadership for our customers with a focus on collaboration, automation and employee experience platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:

Explores clients' current modern work needs and technical challenges as well as their business objectives and identifies solution(s) to solve them, focusing on two primary industries

Makes business cases that are hard to refute or ignore by leveraging data and storytelling to achieve buy-in and executive sponsorship

Leverages existing contact network and forms new relationships to drive sales conversations

Identifies technical complexities and trade-offs of Microsoft technologies

Masters and influences executive client relationships as a trusted advisor and thought leader, particularly at the CHRO, CIO/CTO, and CEO levels

Builds and leverages relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to further partnerships and adoption of Microsoft Technology-based solutions

Regularly reviews and assesses the technology industry and landscape, looking for key trends, shifts in market leadership, and new disruptive cloud technologies

Sells Point B as an Employee Experience Platform market maker and advocates for the employee experience discipline as an essential ingredient of every modern workplace strategy

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:

5+ years of modern work and cloud-based technology solution-based selling to senior business decision makers

Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Microsoft's modern workplace deployments including Teams Platform and Power Platform (Viva experience a plus)

Minimum of 5 years proven success in selling consulting services across multiple industries, both among existing clients and development of new clients, at a pace of $3M to $6M per year or greater

Healthcare & Life Sciences and Media & Tech industry experience a plus.

At least 3 years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency

Fluent in solution architecture trends with an eye on market / technical conditions and future direction

Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects

Demonstrates innovative sky's-the-limit thinking with the ability to help customers envision and architect business outcomes

Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences

Technical breadth with enterprise customer level experience in cloud, hybrid infrastructures, productivity and security technologies, and industry standards

Experience implementing solutions that result in workforce behavior changes and result in strong technology adoption

Superior communication skills, including demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with non-technical individuals and crystallize insights stakeholders themselves may not be able to effectively articulate

Ability to self-manage and report progress and activity in CRM systems, Salesforce (SFDC) preferred

Bachelors' degree required; Computer Science preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The estimated compensation range for this role is $172,500 - $243,500 This compensation range is only for the state of Colorado and Point B is required by Colorado law to provide an estimated compensation range for this role. The compensation range accounts for variability in years of experience, specialized skillsets, and unique qualifications where applicable. We do not anticipate individuals hired for this role will be at or near the top end of the range.

Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
